- Just alert us through your myCobli-account that you would like to return your blind. Upon agreement, return your blinds throughUPS. Attach the shipment label to the well wrapped box.
- Take your blind to the nearestUPS drop-off point
- The limited transport costs will be charged.
- We’ll confirm receipt and order the correct blind for you.
- If the replacement product would be more expensive, you only pay the surcharge!
- You have 7 days to make up your mind and to return the blind.
