Since your blind has been made to measure, we cannot simple put the blind back on the shelf for the next customer like in the shoe business. But if the delivered product would be different from the ordered product, let us know through your account and we'll send the correct product to you asap. You can request a return in the'My Orders' section of your Cobli account. Please mention the reason of your return and please include a picture as well.
